14 years running plant operations at a Midwest electronics manufacturer. Oversees customer deployments, field engineering team, and post-installation support. The reason our uptime is 99.7%.

James Okonkwo

Head of AI Research

Former research scientist specializing in anomaly detection and few-shot learning. Designed the training pipeline that lets quality engineers build models in hours instead of months.

Where We Come From

Our team has hands-on experience from automotive stamping plants, PCB assembly lines, pharmaceutical packaging, and aerospace component machining. We're not pitching theory - we've run quality programs and felt the pressure of a line stoppage.
